1. How do I choose the right size?
   Refer to our size chart for chest, shoulder, and length measurements. We recommend measuring a well-fitting jacket you own and comparing it to the chart for the best fit.
2. Do your jackets run true to size?
   Most styles run true to standard US sizing.

3. How should I wash my jacket?
   Check the care label inside the jacket—most styles are machine-washable (cold water, gentle cycle) or require dry cleaning. Avoid bleach and tumble-drying on high heat to preserve fabric quality.
4. Are your jackets water-resistant or waterproof?
   Many of our outerwear styles feature water-resistant coatings (e.g., for light rain/snow). Waterproof jackets are labeled explicitly and are suitable for heavy precipitation.

5. Can I return or exchange a jacket?
   Yes—we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for regular-priced items. Items must be unused, with tags attached, we will handle according to actual situation.
