1. Shipping Locations
We ship to the U.S. and Canada only. Orders to other regions are currently unavailable.
Canadian orders may be subject to international import regulations.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. No processing, shipping or delivery on weekends/holidays.
Canadian orders: Extra 1–2 business days may be needed for shipping detail verification, customs document preparation (e.g., commercial invoice) and import compliance checks.

A tracking number will be emailed once shipped. For U.S. orders, tracking may update only until customs; further updates via local postal service or carrier’s international portal.

U.S. Orders: Real-time tracking for the entire delivery
Canadian Orders: Allow up to 48 hours for initial tracking updates. Updates may be less frequent after leaving the U.S.—check the local postal service website for details.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages

U.S. Orders:
Check with family, neighbors or building management for alternate delivery locations
Contact USPS directly with your tracking number
Canadian Orders:
Allow 5–7 extra days beyond the estimated delivery date (for customs or transit delays)
Check with local postal services/customs using your tracking number (packages may be held for duties/taxes or docs)
Confirm with family, neighbors or local delivery hubs (e.g., post offices)
If Package Still Unlocatable
