1. Return Period
You may initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. But we regret that we cannot process refunds for requests submitted after this timeframe.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
For an item to qualify for a return, it must meet the following criteria:
Remain unworn and unwashed
Retain all original tags and labels
Be in its original packaging (if applicable)
Due to hygiene considerations, certain items—such as those marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"—are not eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the respective product page.
3. Exchanges
At present, we do not offer direct exchanges for items based on size or color preferences.
If you wish to obtain a different item, please place a new order and initiate a return for your original purchase.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label where available.
For returns initiated due to a change of mind (e.g., ordering the wrong size or no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake.

If the item is defective, kindly include clear photos documenting the issue. Our team will review your request, confirm whether the return is approved, and provide detailed instructions.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

8. Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable by our store.
If you return an item, we will refund the product price (and the original shipping fee only if required by law and if the return is due to our error). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees will not be included in the refund amount.
